  • The real estate broker successfully passes the license qualification program, which includes the following training courses from the Saudi Real Estate Institute, which are as follows: • Real estate brokerage course • Real estate marketing course • Electronic real estate marketing course.
  • For individuals: • Reaching 18 years of age (for individuals) • Payment of the financial fee for the license (300 riyals/year) • The license applicant must be fully qualified and not convicted of a crime against honor or trust unless he has been rehabilitated. .Must be of Saudi nationality.
  • For facilities • A valid commercial register that includes real estate brokerage activity, code (682010), or activity of managing and renting owned or rented properties (residential), code (681021), or activity of managing and leasing owned or rented properties (non-residential), code (681022) (for establishments). • Payment of the financial fee for the license (1000 riyals/year) • The license applicant must be fully qualified and not convicted of a crime against honor or trust unless he has been rehabilitated.
  • An application must be submitted to obtain a real estate brokerage license through the “Baladi” platform.
  • Register in the Ejar system.
  • You must pass the courses to obtain the license.
  • Government fees for individuals are 300 riyals and 1,000 riyals for establishments.
  • Documents required to license the electronic platform to prove ownership of the electronic real estate platform (requesting the license) and write its data: • A copy from the hosting company showing the website information (DNS). • A copy of the domain registrar showing the domain owner. • A copy of the security certificate (SSL) issuer. • The name of the electronic real estate platform requesting the license, and it must be identical to the website and attached ownership documents.
