The process begins with the employer logging into Qiwa, navigating to the visa section to review all issued visas. The employer selects the visa to be cancelled, clicks “View Details” or the three-dots menu, then chooses “Cancel Visa.” A confirmation message appears; on submission, the cancellation request is automatically sent to government authorities. Once approved, recruitment quotas are updated and—if the visa was unused and paid for—refunds are processed within 24-48 hours to the original payment source.
