The process starts with logging into the company account on Qiwa, then navigating to the 'Training Management' or 'Training Disclosure' service. Organizations fill out a disclosure form covering training programs, budgets spent, and general training plans. The disclosure period typically spans from early September until the end of January annually, allowing companies to review and save changes before final submission. Upon completion, a detailed report is generated that reflects the company’s compliance with workforce skill development plans.
