Mandatory Conditions
✓The user must hold a Technical Standards Certificate.
✓ Financial statements issued in the Kingdom must be filed in the Qawaem Program.
✓The above documents must be submitted in Arabic or translated into Arabic by an accredited office, and all documents issued outside the Kingdom must be attested by the Saudi Commercial Attaché or the Saudi Consulate/Embassy.
Required Documents
✓Classification forms.
✓ A valid Commercial Registration (or its equivalent), including the fields and activities related to the requested classification.
✓Financial statements – Balance Sheet and Income Statement (Profit and Loss Account) for the latest fiscal year, approved and certified by a licensed legal accountant authorized to practice the profession.
✓Organizational structures and governance, as well as the qualifications and experience of administrative and technical staff.
✓Project contracts (or their equivalent in case no contract has been concluded) that have been executed or are currently under execution inside or outside the Kingdom, provided that the project completion percentage is not less than 50% for implementation projects, and not less than 30% for maintenance, operation, and service projects.
✓Any other documents or data required to be submitted as a result of the study and analysis of the classification request.
✓Government fees are calculated using the fee calculator.
✓The review period by government authorities is 16 working days and may extend up to 60 working days in accordance with the Classification System Regulations.
