Saudi Council of Engineers

Technical memberships (Technician - Senior Assistant Technician - Assistant Technician))

The Technical Membership service is provided by the Saudi Council of Engineers, aiming to register and accredit professionals in various technical fields related to engineering sciences and engineering technology, such as technicians and assistant technicians, to enhance professional regulation within the engineering sector. These memberships target individuals with technical qualifications or applied experience in engineering disciplines who do not hold official professional engineering licenses.

The service enables technicians to create an accredited electronic membership profile, granting them professional rights and access to the council’s training and development programs, thereby improving their technical skills and competence.
The technical membership also provides direct communication with the council and access to updated information relevant to their specialties. Admission requires submission of a diploma or equivalent certificate, along with evidence of relevant professional experience. In some cases, a declaration and authorization letter may be required. Applications are reviewed electronically to ensure compliance with conditions and regulations.

The council also manages renewals and upgrades electronically, saving technicians time and effort while ensuring continued membership with clear legal and professional benefits.
