Mandatory Conditions
✓The trainee cannot change the training course after paying the invoice.
✓The trainee is not entitled to a refund of the training course fees in the event of withdrawal after the start of the training course.
✓The trainee is not entitled to a refund of fees if he does not attend the course, or if he does not request a cancellation at least 5 working days before the start of the course.
✓The trainee has the right to recover the course fees or transfer the balance to another course of the same value in the event that the Authority cancels or postpones a training course - To receive a refund of payment fees, a course cancellation request must be submitted 5 business days before the start of the course - The course fee refund process takes 20 business days.
