Request to Relocate A Course

The Training Course Transfer Request Service is an e-service provided by the Saudi Organization for Certified Public Accountants
for trainees who have registered for a specific course or training program and wish to transfer their enrollment to another equivalent course held at a different time or location within SOCPA's approved programs. This service aims to offer trainees full flexibility in managing their training schedules, particularly when personal circumstances change or scheduling conflicts arise, thereby maximizing the value of their training experience.

The process is handled online via the SOCPA platform. The trainee logs into their account, selects the registered course, and completes the transfer request form, specifying the desired new course and providing reasons and timing/location preferences. The main conditions include the new course fee matching the original, the availability of seats in the target course, and registration for the new course being still within the official registration window.

Once submitted, SOCPA reviews and verifies that all criteria are met before sending approval or rejection. Early advance request submission is encouraged for easier processing and priority access to available seats. Upon successful transfer, the trainee receives an official electronic notice with updated course details and can proceed with course participation online.
