The Non-Practicing Full Member service is offered by the Saudi Organization for Certified Public Accountants (SOCPA) and is granted to those who have obtained SOCPA Fellowship and wish to join as members of the organization without actively practicing accounting or auditing. This service provides members with professional affiliation and access to various SOCPA benefits without requiring them to work as accountants or auditors, reinforcing their professional standing and enabling participation in the organization’s general assembly decisions, voting, and board elections.

Eligibility requires SOCPA Fellowship and online application through the organization’s services portal. Membership is issued upon application review and payment of the annual fee, which is 1000 SAR per year. Members have the right to attend general meetings, participate in decision-making, receive up to 20% discounts on specialized training courses, and access to all SOCPA scientific, professional, and electronic publications.
