The Full Practicing Member service is a prestigious and essential membership category provided by the Saudi Organization for Certified Public Accountants. Mandatory Conditions

  • He holds a fellowship from the Saudi Organization for Auditors and Accountants.
  • He holds a valid license to practice the accounting and auditing profession.
  • The person dedicated to practicing the profession in accordance with the following regulations: A- He must be of Saudi nationality. B- He must be fully qualified. C- He must have a university degree or any higher qualification in the field of accounting or any other specialty related to the profession in accordance with the standards specified by the regulations. D- To be a core member of the Authority, and to have experience in the nature of work of no less than one year. E- He must be of good conduct and conduct, and not convicted of a legal punishment or a crime involving breach of trust or honor unless he has been rehabilitated, and he must not have been subjected to a disciplinary decision dismissing him from government service unless it has been three years since the disciplinary decision was issued (three ) years.
  • Who is not dedicated to practicing the profession in accordance with the following controls: A- The conditions mentioned in Paragraph (1) of this Article. B- Determine a maximum period for practicing the profession full-time. C- Raising the percentage of supervision hours required of the licensee for each client, while setting a maximum limit for the total hours during the year. D- Not providing audit services to high-risk companies.
