Mandatory Conditions

  • The presence in three international markets for the same activity which the establishment want to practice.
  • Practicing the same activity for more than 10 years in his country of origin, and the establishment must be one of the establishments that provides a distinguished quality service In the field of land transport, after Transport General Authority.
  • The total percentage of the Saudi partner/partners and the capital must be agreed upon, so that the capital in practicing the activity that the company wishing to practice should not be less than 10 million Saudi Riyals according to the minimum limits specified by the type of activity.
  • Commitment to implementing all obligations regulating the activity, including the standards and percentages approved by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development.
  • The establishment that relies entirely on providing the service through technical channels is excluded from applying the above requirements.
  • If the rental activity “cars - trucks - buses - car rental brokers - freight brokers” is without a driver, the establishment is excluded from applying the requirements above.
  • Commitment to have a website that includes all the details related to the services provided by the company, in addition to allocating and establishing a call center channels for receiving complaints from workers, employers, or clients.
  • The applicant must fill the data of the Saudi National Identity / Premium Residency / Regular Residency, if one of the partners holds any of them, or filling the commercial registration data for the participating Saudi companies when submitting the electronic application.
  • Payment of fees within 15 days
  • For the capital not to be less than 10,000,000 SAR.

Required Documents

  • A copy of the establishment’s commercial register, certified by Saudi Embassy.
  • The financial statements for the last three financial years of the foreign company requesting the license certified by the Saudi embassy.
  • Submitting a business plan to open the company’s branches and locations mentioned in the economic feasibility study.
  • Entity's Articles of Association certified by the Saudi Embassy.
  • National Address.
  • A copy of the national IDs for partners and managers (Either Saudis or residents).
