Indefinite Premium Residence

The Unlimited Duration Premium Residency Service offered by Saudi Arabia grants indefinite residence rights to qualified individuals without a fixed time limit. It allows long-term stability, freedom to work, invest, and reside in the Kingdom fully. The program targets talented professionals, investors, and entrepreneurs to promote economic and social development.

General benefits:


1. Residence in Saudi Arabia with the family, including parents, spouses, and children under 25 years of age.
2. Freedom to move from one establishment to another.
3. Exemption from the financial fees imposed on expatriates and dependents.
4. The Premium Residency holder and their family members may leave and return to Saudi Arabia without the requirement of a visa.
5. Issuance of visit visas for relatives.
6. Use of dedicated lanes for citizens and GCC nationals at entry and exit points.
7. Employment in private sector establishments and movement between them for the husband, wife, and children.
8. Engaging in commercial activities in accordance with the Investment Law.
9. Ownership and use of real estate.

Mandatory Conditions

  • Providing proof of the applicant's financial solvency.
  • The transaction period in the system is 3 months, which can be increased according to each transaction.
  • All residencies and passports must be valid for 6 months at the time of application.
  • No previous decision of employment discontinuation issued against the applicant.
  • A monthly salary not less than 38,000 Saudi Riyals.

Required Documents

  • A copy of the residency permit. Only the Absher copy (in the new yellow form with the residency expiry date written) is added for each ID.
  • Passports copy.
  • Personal photos.
  • Visas for visitors.
  • The applicant’s personal national address.
  • Proof of financial solvency.
  • If the applicant is residing outside the Kingdom, the following is required: 1- A salary certificate issued and signed by the employer, and attested by the embassy or with an Apostille stamp. 2- A recent bank statement showing amounts consistent with the salary stated in the salary certificate. If the applicant is residing inside the Kingdom, the following is required: 1- A salary certificate issued and signed by the employer ( Apostille attestation is not required). 2- A “Service Periods and Wages” certificate from Social Insurance that matches the stated salary.
